Company Name: veten ecom Product: https://kartklick.com These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are applicable to all vendors, resellers, or white-label partners (“Vendor”, “You”) who are authorized to resell, rebrand, or redistribute the services or software provided by veten ecom (“We”, “Our”, “Company”). By signing up as a vendor or accepting access, you agree to these legally binding terms. 1. Authorization & Scope You are granted limited rights to resell or redistribute our services under your brand (if whitelabel included in your plan). You are not allowed to modify or remove original licensing notices or copyrights (except where explicitly allowed). You may not falsely represent yourself as the original creator of the software. 2. Pricing & Payments Vendors are allowed to set their own pricing for resale. Payments for vendor panels, credits, or source code access must be made in full and in advance. 🔴 No refunds will be provided once payment is made — including but not limited to source code purchases, API usage, or reseller panels. 3. No Refund & Chargeback Policy All payments made by vendors/resellers are final and non-refundable. Any attempt to raise chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. 4. Source Code Usage (If Applicable) If source code is provided: It is for personal or internal use only, unless explicitly allowed for resale. You may not publish, upload, or distribute it publicly. Violating source code license will lead to permanent ban and legal liability. 5. Vendor Responsibilities As a vendor, you agree to: Provide honest communication and customer support to your own clients Not mislead customers about product features or capabilities Ensure your marketing complies with Meta’s API policies and anti-spam regulations Not engage in any illegal, unethical, or exploitative sales behavior 6. Platform Usage Restrictions Vendors are strictly prohibited from: Sending bulk spam messages Sharing panel access with unauthorized users Selling cracked or pirated versions of the platform Promoting illegal products or services via the panel 7. Brand & Trademark “veten ecom” and “kartklick.com” are trademarks owned by the company. You may not use our name or logo without written permission, except where allowed under a white-label agreement. 8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your vendor/reseller access if: You violate any terms listed here You are involved in fraudulent or misleading activities You initiate a payment dispute without valid cause Termination will be without any refund or compensation. 9. Liability & Disclaimer Veten ecom shall not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from your use or resale of the platform. All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” 10. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to update these Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time.
